Actor | Voiceover Artist | Platinum-Selling Rapper | Motivational Speaker | SEO Specialist | Publicist
I am a professional actor and voice over artist with an endless desire to entertain. I love making people feel excited, connected, and more alive. It’s what I’ve done for decades as a hip-hop artist in the multi-platinum 90s rap duo, Tag Team, and today, it’s what I continue to do but on a very different type of stage.
I started acting in the fall of 2017. It took one acting class to reel me in; about ten minutes of improv exercises, and I knew this was what I wanted more than anything I’ve ever worked at. From there, I embarked on years of intensive training to hone my craft. Transitioning from the world of music to film was a wild journey. But at root, I’m a student of nostalgia and culture, a bona fide historian of feel-good moments, and I’ve always been able to draw upon the essence of human experiences to deliver performances that people can’t stop coming back to.
I worked with some of the best acting and voiceover coaches in Atlanta, including Eileen Kimble, Barbara Divisek, and Ray Bengston, mastered the art of improv, and accomplished the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life: peeled back the ego, the persona, all of it, to reveal my most authentic voice.
Acting work strips you down to your bare bones. You have to be yourself in its truest form to play a character, or you’re not believable. But this is where the magic lies. Acting is raw. It’s challenging. And, it’s how I can best connect with the world.
In 2020, I started acting in films, doing
voice over work in Atlanta, and appearing in television commercials,
including the wildly successful Geico commercial, “Scoop…There It
Is!” It was viewed nearly 15 million times on YouTube and is
recognized as one of the most popular Geico commercials of all time.
Along with my Tag Team partner Steve Gibson, I’ve sold over 7 million copies of our 90s hit song, “Whoomp…There It Is!”, hit 16 consecutive weeks at #1 on the Billboard sales charts, and my music has appeared in over 20 television show episodes or major motion pictures including Elf, Rio, and Addams Family Values. I’ve performed for audiences across the globe and have taught other greats how to rap, including Russi Taylor and Wayne Allwine, the legendary voices of Walt Disney’s Minnie Mouse and Mickey Mouse.
Represented by the People Store, an AFTRA-ATA talent agency based in Atlanta, I am currently open to acting roles and voice over projects. I also help others achieve their dreams through my work as a motivational speaker. I specialize in playing small roles in big movies, elevating the energy of every project I’m a part of, and inspiring the future by evoking nostalgia for the good vibes of the past. If you share an unrelenting work ethic and a passion for uplifting the human spirit through entertainment, reach out.

The Doctor was Blinded after two tragedies,
Nozawa’s will to live a full life continues undeterred
The Doctor is living proof that a person can do everything right only to suffer horrific events that
stymied decades of hard work and left him blind. The two most gruesome tragedies he suffered would make the fire-breathing Godzilla buckle in bitterness. Not Nozawa. He’s grateful just to be alive.
Japanese, Nozawa had played high school football in Honolulu and later became a professional body builder. When he moved to Washington, the muscle-bound Nozawa enrolled at the University of Washington’s dental school, studied hard and faithfully graduated. Yet years later, after opening a handful of dental clinics, when he could finally afford the lifestyle he had always wanted, a tree came crashing down and foiled all his best-laid plans.
It was the first of two tragic events that would change his life forever.
